Feeling a bit sore

Being a bloke, I tend to suffer the burden of pain with a wry smile and gritted teeth (unless you were to ask my wife, who would probably tell the truth, which is 'quite possibly' a hundred miles away from my expressed opinion). Anyway, I had to have a tooth removed this afternoon and, whilst I have a very good dentist, it's still aching like buggery! But, on the bright side, I got the afternoon off work and was able to do the last bit of updating (until I think of something tomorrow) on the website.

So, The Gallery page is now uploaded.

From here, you can check out my creative history, locations and inspirations for the stories, the launch of my collection, "Strange Tales" and see various Terror Scribes gatherings.

Any feedback will be welcome.

Have a good weekend, one and all.

Hi Mark, just being enjoying a few memories here. Is it really five years since that convention in 'The Howard'; that's how long it's been since we had a TT bash in Sheffield, with good Yorkshire bitter. I looking forward to seeing you in Walsall, when we can (belatedly) wet the baby's head:-) And yes, New York was a great bash, although I didn't see too much of the convention itself.

Dave Price.

Cheers, David

It seems like it really is 5 years (and I am still sorry about the grotty arab thing! ;-). When I was putting the page together, I realised that the gatherings seem to get a bigger gap between them - for 2003, all I had was the ST launch (still good fun, however and I appreciate that I don't go to all of them).

I'm really looking forward to FCon, both for meeting up with everyone and also because the book gets launched. Alison is coming along too and my sister has agreed to babysit, so it could be our first night out on our own!

I enjoyed your NY report - certainly seems like you explored the city and that's, surely, what you should do as a 'stranger in a strange land'?

See you soon
